1.) Thiem’s Confessional Cart
During the lead up to Indian Wells, world no. 3 Dominic Thiem rode with a golf cart named Clyde and answered some fun questions, including “If you could be courtside for one match in history, what would it be?” Check out the video for his answers.

Here’s your roundup of the five most interesting things I’m enjoying or thinking about this week.
1.) Tennis Suspension Increased
Although it didn’t come as much of a surprise, the ATP & WTA have jointly announced suspending play until June 7, 2020, due to COVID-19. Up until this point, the ATP and WTA communicated their suspensions separately, so it was great to see them joining forces for their latest announcement.

Here’s your roundup of the five most interesting things I’m enjoying or thinking about this week.
1.) Tennis Suspended: COVID-19
On the heels of the last-minute tournament cancellation of Indian Wells on Sunday, the ATP and ITF have announced six-week suspensions until April 20th due to public health and safety concerns over COVID-19. At the time of writing, the WTA hasn’t officially announced a suspension, but it’s safe to assume they’ll follow suit.

Dominic Thiem rose to a career-high ranking of #3 in the world this week, which is the first time Federer, Nadal, and Djokovic haven’t held the top three positions since May 6, 2019.
