On September 4th 2015 at the US Open, Eugenie Bouchard suffered an unfortunate fall on a tile floor in a physical therapy room resulting in a concussion. Bouchard withdrew from the US Open and since was withdrawn from a slew of tournaments including Beijing, citing dizziness.
As a result, she’s suing the USTA and the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center for damages related to the head injury.
Based on available information, who do you think is at fault?
It’s history now though…but I feel that she shouldn’t have created such a big issue out of it…not being judgemental because the whole story isn’t known but on the available stuff though..I think it was just an accident and an unfortunate one :(
